Bambiburgars!

Venison burgers for dinner tonight. They are a bit rubbery that's the only thing.
This had to be a hard crop due to the disgusting look of the cooker front! I need to get out the KOH gel again I think...

Focus is a bit soft but it was very hot, honest! :-(
