HOLLYWOOD BEFORE DARK

I went to HOLLYWOOD today, but there was no red carpet or movie stars in fine dress.
My friend took me to get an MRI at a hospital on Sunset. The weather was beautiful, the traffic manageable, but parking was crazy. I took my Blip while my friend circled around looking for street parking. In a gritty stretch of LA, this was
the only bright spot.

The folks at the MRI department were
efficient & cordial. Getting an MRI is
one of my least favorite medical procedures; but, this will (hopefully) be
my last, for this issue. If the results
are positive, I’m a “free woman.”
