Sunflower Raider!

Frost on the very early morning windscreen caught me by surprise. The upside was a crisp clear sunny day. When I got home for breakfast I blipped this acrobatic squirrel, through the kitchen window. hoovering up the sunflower seeds. It had launched itself from the fence.

Before the rugby this afternoon and evening we went for a walk around the wetlands that border the western boundary of the village. The Malvern Hills, in the lower autumn sunlight, looked to be almost within touching distance.

The distinct chill in the air today made us put on the heating. You can call us wimps if you wish!
