Morning reflections

The honeymooners arrived in the early hours of today; I let them sleep late and took Ruari for his last walk for a while around Pollok Park. Bacon rolls for breakfast and then they were keen to be on the road back up to Aberdeenshire and to Amber whose being staying with Sam’s sister.

Read part of the paper and got to the gym around lunchtime where it was very quiet. I did a class and then had the small gym pretty much to myself, a swim and most importantly a shower- the boiler is playing up again.

Rather nice to have to the sofa, and the bed, to myself again.
