Tractor day in Humshaugh

This is an annual event at The Crown, Humshaugh. More than 20 tractors were on display and it was a very happy event.

David, the landlord, said it is the first time it has not rained.

There were families with excited young children climbing around the equipment. The crowd in my blip look like young farmers to me. Then there were the older farmers, deep in conversation, no doubt about the pros and cons of the vehicles.

Alongside the big beasts were the little Massey Fergusons.
