A very early start

Up at 3:30 so I could walk the dogs before getting to work by 5am ready to abstract seawater on the spring high tide.
All set, got the pump going but the gush of water never started. Stopped everything and went to investigate, some kind soul had managed to rip our inlet pipe off the wall, below the valve I mended last month but just above the high water level.
So I have been watching the sun rise and thought this was the best photo
