First Frost

A chilly start to the day with frost on the grass. I thought the rudbeckia looked attractive with a dusting of white. 

I had an early walk with Flora. We were out for about an hour in brilliant sunshine. Perfect autumn weather.  I'm about to have online coffee with my sister then prepare an evening meal. 

Just as Cameraman arrives back from Manchester I'll be setting off for Glasgow to bring my grandson back. He seems to have forgotten that last week's sleepover was the last ever! Let's hope so anyway.
