Lindesfarne

After an early breakfast, at which the chef came out and hand fed Mr R a sausage, we headed to Lindesfarne. It’s a beautiful place and we had the perfect weather for visiting, although it was windy and only 6.5°!
We left the island at lunchtime and headed to Bamburgh. We had booked a table at The Potted Lobster and it didn’t disappoint.
