BCAM Day 12

Well I’ve managed the 14hr flight quite well, dozed loads and got up and stretched lots too. It really wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Great to be reunited with Sherry and Geraldine after what seems like ages.

It is VERY hot here and I hope I’ll manage the heat.

It’s been a full day and I’ve managed to keep going. We went to have shawarmas at Dubai Festival City for lunch (super yummy) and did some browsing in the shops. Good to be in M&S again. How we miss it.

Home for a little rest before heading out to dinner. I did feel quite tired around 9pm. These flamingos were painted on a wall in the outdoors area of the hotel where we had dinner, yes, pink blip sorted :-).

Really enjoyed being able to sleep horizontally after a long night of dozing in an aeroplane seat.
