Prestatyn Parkrun and Bodrhyddan Hall, Rhuddlan
SATURDAY
A trip over to Prestatyn for the Nova Parkrun this morning. It was a chilly 7ºC with a strong onshore wind. The waves were crashing onto the beach. I completed the 5 km run in a relatively slow 29m 10s.
This afternoon the local Lord of the Manor opened the doors of his Grade I stately pile (Bodrhyddan Hall) to people living in the locality. We enjoyed coffee and cream cakes, a wander around the gardens and a tour of the house (see extra).
