Sunbathing Bee

A mixed day. I went into town by car first thing and (after only 150 miles) I got my first warning on my new car, being of a low tyre pressure on one tyre (it was a cold morning). So after getting my shopping and dropping some things off at the charity shop, I adjusted the tyre pressures at the garage (despite the one with the warning only being 0.1Bar out). Driving home I still had the warning light, despite my tyres showing the correct pressures on the display. So I rang the garage, only to be told words to the effect of.....yes there's a known issue with the tyre pressure warning light being temperamental. So I got back in the car and he talked me through how to reset the warning, deep in the menu system, and he then told me to drive for a couple of miles so it corrected itself (I did, and it did - but my pressures (now warmer) are 0.1Bar over!). I suspect a faulty indicator, but I'll see how it goes. I'd also asked them to get the salesman to call me about the 4 emails he's not responded to - at 4:30 he still hasn't. So I thought it a good time to fill in the Toyota feedback form received after getting my new car!!!

I've also done an hour of so of admin this morning and of gardening this afternoon - beautifully sunny outside, albeit quite cold (good job I was doing a bit of digging). Now I'm re-watching The Crown so I'm ready for the new series to be released. I still watch it, although it's gone downhill a lot from the first series. I got my quote for the repair work to my garden wall and retaining wall following the damage done last Winter - just over £5k!
