Clears away the cobwebs, and the sorrow

I've got a new phone. 

Takes a nice photo eh? 

I still haven't quite worked out where the pictures are saved,  This too forever to upload, and my Blip app doesn't work on it?   Does anyone know anything about that? 

I've got a new window eh?   Beyond the trees is the runway.   I get to see Military aircraft take off and land all day, alongside the occasional Ryanair flight.  Ryanair has a stranglehold on the airport.  They fly about 15 flights a week from here - and they have a repair shop.  

But if the airport allows any other commercial airline to use the airport (other than for training) Ryanair will pull out.   I wish they would.  Their service isn't what it once was. 

Back in the day.....  We used to be able to fly to London from here.   Paris!  Day trip to Paris from your front door.  That was amazing. 

Now you can fly to  Marseille, Palma, BArcelone, Faro, Pisa, ALicante, Malaga, Murcia, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife. 

They also term the airport as "Glasgow Prestwick".  Which isn't Glasgow at all. People get off and wonder where the city is.   And then they realise they have to get on a train and travel 47 minutes up the road. 

Very Deceptive i think. 

Anyhoo.  Was a nice day for looking out of the window.  Winter has well and truly arrived.  It was freezing cold and tonight we put the heating on
