Total frustration

Fitting a new blind today. All measured carefully - cut trimmed etc (as you do) and the bl***y thing didn’t fit. I almost threw it across the room but did swear loudly (which upset Luce) but repented. No idea where my measurements were wrong but cut trimmed again and now it fits!
