Swimming!

I am taking my two nieces swimming at 6-00. They are 12 and 10 and can’t swim. I took them on Monday after tea and realised how hopeless they were. Its not their fault as there school only went for six weeks for school swimming. The younger one never went at all because of covid. Their mother can’t afford to send them for private swimming lessons.
I tried all over to get these noodles and got some a eventually in Burnley. The pool didn’t have any at Colne pool so they will not be hopping around tonight they will be getting their feet off the floor. When we were at school we went every week from being 8 until we left school at 15. I despair!
Its no good having A level Maths and English if you can’t swim .
