Fruity
I had a walk around the edge of town and remembered the community orchard behind the secondary school. There were no apples left but there were fruit on a small medlar tree. I took a few to blett - after giving them a burst of (artificial) frost. It's a process of fermentation that makes the flesh edible by turning it soft and brown. Not to everybody's taste but if you have enough you can make wine with them.

Also on a fruity theme I found the pink and yellow mushroom called 'plums and custard' (Tricholomopsis rutilans). It's very bitter and not recommended for human consumption but a few other creatures seem to have had a go at it.
