Anyone for another slice of pie?

As you can see, our local butcher's pies have gone through a brash (and rather patriotic) rebranding on the back of their recent success in the British Pie Awards.

Mrs F can confirm that the Pork, Fennel and Cider thoroughly merits its Champion status. (I unimaginatively went for the Steak, Black Pudding and Guinness again - but it is very good).

Miserable weather and moderation were the order of the rest of the day. Many thanks for the congratulations for Henri for his hole in one yesterday; he'll never forgive me for inadvertently spelling his name with a "y"!
