Valerie

A really good day in Manchester by train. Warm and sunny, we wandered around, stopping frequently for tea and cake. These three lads were a lovely end to the day as they belted out the pop classics on the old Joanna at Piccadilly Station. I suspect they're in a band, or mates from a music college. The pianist was excellent. No sheet music and he never even looked at his hands as he played. Some lovely harmonies too, I took this as they belted out the Amy Whinehouse classic, Valerie. They weren't  busking either, just singing for pleasure. Joyous.
