Such relief…

Hello Everyone,

My daughter found a lump in one of her boobs a couple of weeks ago and yesterday she got the good news that it was not cancer. It has been quite challenging over the last few weeks whilst everyone’s mind runs away with negative thoughts.

The NHS did a good job and from seeing the GP to having a scan was 16 days, I think. My thoughts on the NHS are that when the chips are down (or maybe are) they come up trumps.

I have stayed away from any booze as I feel it can sometimes enhance a good time but always make a bad time worse. I had a couple of glasses of red last night to celebrate the good news.
