Kentucky Bourbon

Got to experience a 3-day tour of some famous bourbon distilleries in Kentucky last week. Amazing how this process (which is complicated and a bit of a science project) produces the bourbon that has become a “cult” like following in the U.S.
This is a fermentation tank where the yeast is bubbling to produce the alcohol that will go through many more stages before being bottled. Although I much prefer scotch - the entire process is fascinating!
