Neither my old mouse nor my new mouse is working, so I'm not able to use my computer and I'm doing this on my phone. This is what the sky looked like this evening after what looked like a beautiful day.

I had long phone calls with cousin Sashie and with Gena and Terry this evening, which were the highlights of a day that also included a grocery delivery.

And it's back to dialysis tomorrow. Since Sashie is a exercise and yoga teacher, I've asked her to come up with some ideas about how I can work to undo the impact of sitting in a chair for 4 and 1/2 hours a day three times a week. She asked me to have someone take a photograph of me in my chair so she can see what the setup is. But she will also email me some suggestions of things I can do while I'm sitting there.
