New roots

Sadly, after another visit to the dentist today I will not be getting new roots as the old ones in my troublesome tooth were “treated” (i.e. cleaned out and temporarily filled). This should resolve the ongoing niggles but we will keep an eye on how it all settles down before permanently fixing the tooth.

So far today it has gone very well and for the first time in a while I can chew in comfort.

No need for new roots either on this group of orchids. This is their third year and I’m pleased (somehow) to have nurtured them to bloom again. Shame I can’t do the same for my tooth!
