Quiet crystal like morning

Steady day, after work met up with the lady who did our inspection yesterday and another friend who used to work at the hatchery.
Three dogs between us had a lovely walk and talk on some downs equi distance from all of us.
Yoga this evening, I really needed it I felt stiff everywhere, wonder if it's the change in the weather even the teacher said she felt stiff today.
