Another boring SP...

BUT I'M STANDING NEXT TO LORD KENNETH BAKER!

I was a bit excited, to say the least. He is the driving force behind the Baker-Dearing Trust, the mind behind the UTC movement. I believe he is now in his 70s and his schedule is lacked, he is high profile for the UTC and his mind is razor sharp. He was delighted to meet me...I'm the youngest Principal and one of a handful of women at the helm of a UTC and he is passionate in his support for each me of us. I have had an awesome day thinking strategically with my marketing team on how we will recruit our students. I'm back on the train home now, high as a kite and dying to start this new job. During this busy day I've also had an interview with another newspaper which went online seconds later and is hugely positive...I've been tweeting away, I'm quite good at promoting myself and the UTC!

Gotta come down of this high, dogs to walk when I get home and prep to do for tomorrow. Back at the day job again and lots to complete, including a journey to Doncaster for an evening CPD session by Ron Berger. Google him, he is awesome.
