Take a bow

I went to the training hall after work and had a fabulous session with each of the boys. 

Gollum has shedded all of his fur - he looks so slim at the moment. and his fur looks scruffy around his head. He looks cute though. 

I got caught behind an accident on the motorway on the way home. It added 45 mins to our travel time (it usually takes 25 mins - today it took more than an hour). I guess I should just be happy not to be involved in the accident.
