Vegan

Another colleague is leaving. For treat we had vegan cake. Cheesecake and carrot cake. I tasted both. And they were delicious! In the past I've made a vegan cheesecake. To make the cream I used cashew nuts. But that tastes just a little off. Not something I'd repeat. But this was sure a good bakery.
