Back on the bike

To my shame, I haven't been on my bike all year! Till today that is. Beth and I cycled on the canal towpath from Llangattock to Llangynidr and back. Here we're looking west towards Tor y Foel mountain .

Lovely ride. We saw ducklings and schoolkids canoeing, not in the same place. My knees are feeling it now - I'll ease them out at Ballroom dancing class this afternoon!

Off to London tomorrow for a couple of days, so will be back-blipping afterwards.

Veg seed sown: Mange-tout, yellow beetroot, curly parsley, mild rocket, lettuces, salad nasturtium, sweetcorn
