blackberry ice-cream sandwich

home made.  I'm thrilled at how well it's turned out.   
My first attempt and I had all the ingredients in the cupboard.  
I made it on Sunday.  All because I had a small tin of vegan condensed milk that was on the use by date.  
I had to find a recipe that included it and the other odd ingredients lurking in the kitchen.
I needed a square of it this evening, as comfort food, after a full on day at work.
