JR went to the gym, and I popped up to see the nurse. I have to take my blood pressure morning and evening for a week, she thinks it might be too low. Ho hum...

When JR came home, we all took a walk round the Links. It was blue skies and a warm wind.

We then had a lazy day, watching some things we missed - Jimmy Docherty in New Zealand, and the Race Across the World with 'Celebrities'...

JR took Archie out in the late afternoon again, so that she could reach her 12,000 step target.
