European Hornet in flight

I was tempted to get closer when it landed on the tree, but common sense prevailed !!! I have tagged it for tiny Tuesday although not today's theme.
This was taken at Doddinton Hall's garden which is open because of the fine weather we are currently enjoying :-) 
Missed a blip yesterday as I did not get out of the house ! Even choir got cancelled too many away or ill ..
