Unexpected

London Bridge station hosted a clothes sale on the main concourse in aid of Shelter. There are always lots of homeless people in this area, so I hope that encouraged the commuters and tourists to shop. Someone approached me from Shelter and opened the conversation with " Hello, how are you?". I said I had just come out of a chemo session and that ended his sales pitch.
Chemo 2: arrive at 9:30, the nurse hoped I would be out by 1:30. Unfortunately, a combination of the new IT system and the overworked pharmacy resulted in a two hour delay. I wonder how the admin person manages to juggle peoples appointments when uncertainty is the only certainty.
