Birds at sunrise

I could not believe how many gulls there were flying just as the sun was coming up. 100’s flying overhead and then landing in the field. Must be bad at sea .
A lovely day with just a slight breeze. Spent a few hours in the garden tidying up. A few leaves but the oaks still have plenty so the garden will be covered soon.
We drove out to Udale bay and timed it right as hundreds of noisy geese arrived . The sound was amazing.
We got some lunch , I had a pepper quiche from Cromarty bakery.
We’ve started watching Invasion. We needed to watch the last two of the previous season first as we had forgotten what happened.
My doctor phoned at 5.30pm. My bloods were normal for me. Blood sugar back down to 47, it was up to 67, which is still higher than I wanted so will try and reduce it further if I can :)
