A happy dog...

Since today's walk was designed with Joe in mind, I decided a photo of Joe was appropriate. I picked the bosque at Alameda Bridge because it is one of Joe's favorite place. There are lots of other dogs and fun things to sniff, and it is open enough to get up a good run. It was not a super photogenic day for the place but the dog had a good time and I got a nice long walk.

I will admit to looking total ridiculous on the walk, as I got a mosquito net jacket and pants so that I don't have to wear icky mosquito repellent which I find to be disgusting goo. No bites! I had lots of little kids point at me.

Today, I give thanks for the day I was given, the grace in my life and being old enough to not mind looking silly.
