Owyhee Lake

We drove to see our friends in Idaho and then went camping with them for a few days here at Lake Owyhee.   It was named for the many Hawaiians that came and worked here and died here.   A beautiful area and the fishing was really good.  We caught 74 croppy between the 4 of us.  My last fish which was a really nice size fell off my line and was gone!!  Another one this morning fell off my line and apparently hit the boat and dazed him.  I thought he was gone.  Our friend Steve happened to look over the side of the boat and saw him floating in the water!  He scooped him up and showed me the good news!!       I will post today's pictures and Sat. tomorrow or so.   Joe and I are going to Leslie Gulch tomorrow, so will try and get to photos as I can.
