CORRI-DOOR

I'm glad the weather here was warm (and dry) enough for it not to be too much of a bother having the front door off and in the hall for most of the day. The packers worked very hard and were completely shattered by the time they knocked off halfway through the afternoon. They'd started nimbly striding up all flights of stairs to the top floor and carrying down boxes two at a time but were dragging themselves up there, panting, by the afternoon, and bringing the washing machine and tumble dryer down from the first floor finished them off, I think. And this is why we decided it was time to move!
More packing tomorrow, but fewer stairs.
