Dawn

A glorious dawn and an unseasonably hot day here to day.  My thoughts were with T and K as they had the long drive home from Aberdeenshire and the floods but thankfully they arrived at about 6pm this evening. There were many floods on the roads up there but fortunately their car was high enough off the ground to tackle most of them safely or drive round them.  Filling up with fuel near Manchester they said it was like stepping into another climate - so bright and warm and sunny!
