Frika fest

MrKT was up and early today for a kayak lesson on the river. I decided to give it a miss and had a wander round the local village and supermarket (I love checking out the food shops when abroad). Purchased the essentials - milk, bread, wine.
In the afternoon we drove back to Tolmin to join in their Frikafest antics. It seemed to be a sort of celebration of local food and culture and was very busy. Frika, it turns out, is sort of like a rosti - cheesie, potato, eggy, fried gooey. Very much a good of the mountains.
