Still Dreich In The Yellow Zone.

The heavy rain continues to fall and surface waters continue to rise. The forecast for heavy rain continues until early tomorrow morning.

Another day for staying indoors.  After a hearty breakfast we sat down to watch the highlights of the Formula 1 qualifying session at Qatar.

High tempartures, a curious circuit construction, and the inability of drivers to stay within track limits resulted in a whole host of penalties during and after the qualifying session.

Of course these can change the order of the final places on the starting grid.

All slightly unsatisfactory for someone who has been following the sport for 55 years.
