Zen & the Art of Bicycle Maintenance

Saw the sad news that Richard Ballantine had died.

Still have a copy of the book that taught me as a kid how to take my bike apart and more importantly put it back together again. Though I've not looked at it in a long time it's still easily the grimiest and most well-thumbed book I have. The section on dealing with wild dogs is still an eye-opener.
