Spot the Balls

There were several balls in the water like a washing machine turning over & over, bobbing caught at the base of Cramond Weir.

As you can see the River Almond was in spate & overflowing the fish ladder too.

The tide was out so the water had a free run for a while yet into the River Forth. The River Forth looked like it had been high with the tide marks on the sand & that water had obviously gone over the walkway.

All but one of the boats are out the water so less worries about being hit by logs coming down river.

Had an ice cream & flake at Cramond, walked along to the Fish. Didn't go up thru the field, went round by the road to walk round Cramond Kirkyard before catching the bus home.

Wasn't får from the house when it started to bucket down again.
