Walk

We walked to the seafront this morning, have only been doing much shorter walks all week. I cannot describe the pain in my knee and leg. It’s been creeping back up all week, but seems to be worse than ever. Despite the early morning positivity, the pain brought me right back down, and I only got a handful of the chores I’d planned done. 
This evening I looked in the mirror and was horrified to find a big lump on the back of the knee. I guess this cyst is growing!
