Dappled...

Making the most of today’s 22 degree sunshine, spent the afternoon in the garden, watching the antics of the sparrows and Cyril who was busy caching peanuts all around the garden, as well as catching up on some reading, though at this time of year, thanks to next door’s (very large) tree, we only get dappled sunlight. Started a new light and fluffy book set in the vineyards of Bordeaux, the area I shall be visiting in a couple of weeks. Am trying to get myself in the mood for France, but I can’t shake the feeling that something’s going to go wrong...
