Durham

We’ve had a fabulous day in Durham today. We walked along the river walk then past the university to the cathedral. We had a great lunch in an off the Main Street cafe called Vennels . Lots of students were there. We walked round the cathedral which was amazing. The sun came out this afternoon so it was lovely to sit eating ice cream in the main square.
We’re having a great time. Hope the weather is good tomorrow as we are going to Beamish.
