MAKING A JOYFUL NOISE UNTO THE LORD!

It’s a busy month for me because being the only pink member of the Silly Saturday Gang, means that I am tasked with “doing the honours” to bring to your attention the fact that it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - and I have tried to do that to the best of my ability.

Today we were at Church - and a very good service it was too - and the children like to find something in the box to shake or wave.  I think the cans are full of rice that make a lovely rippling sound and if you thought that only ladies in the Salvation Army shook tambourines, then you would be wrong, because lots of us like to do that in our Church too!

Perhaps I will show you all the lovely flags another time, but suffice to say that all the children and me, made a very joyful noise to the Lord this morning and so did most of the congregation.  Mrs. HCB was asked to do the Bible reading and before she did it, she thanked everyone for praying for her before, during and after her back operation.  She also said that to be standing up straight and walking is a miracle and everyone clapped.  How lovely is that?
