It's 5pm somewhere.

Well this was refreshing!
We headed into Palma itself today for our first day of adventuring. It may be the buildings, but the heat is overwhelming at points. I'm sure we say a matrix sign in the city upwards of 30c in the late afternoon. 
We found a wee cafe to stop, gather our thoughts and re-hydrate. I took it upon myself to even review this establishment as i gazed in amazement at the one single barman/ waiter manage to take orders, serve, clear and take payment for about 21 external tables. 
If you visited this cafe, be patient. It seems to be the Palma way.
