Revisiting some Glasgow favourites

We were lucky again as the heavy rain let up for a few hours, long enough for us to revisit some favourite spots, including Buchanan Street with its buskers, George Square with the grandiose City Chambers, and Royal Exchange Square and the statue of the Duke of Wellington with his traffic cone on his head. The traffic cone was the subject of a long running dispute between the Council who tore it down and the Glaswegians who kept replacing it. Finally Council decided to accept the tradition and the Duke now generally has a cone. Different colours reflect different themes. This one is domestic violence I think.
