New Friends

Davy and Maggie meet Hector. Hector needs a collar but he has a strange American accent ( From the Bronx ) and is suffering from jet lag so should be forgiven. He came from F.A.O. Schwarz so no doubt knows all the right people but his arrival in NZ at 2am on a flight delayed by a Bomb threat was troublesome..... He was NOT the threat...... and there was no point in going to the police as the station was miles from being completed. (Extra) (Lego)
