Wet Hare

When you spend 15 minutes watching a Brown Hare cleaning itself in the rain because you know there will be a moment when it has a shake... Jeez but it's wet today. 

We popped out for a few things early on, but the roads around here are 'very' susceptible to flooding, so once back in, having gone through a couple of lakes to get back, I took to the workshop to carry on working on the walking stick. Thoroughly enjoyed every stage of this, and sanding down a big, old, dead branch to make the shaft has been incredibly satisfying. Pretty certain I'll have it finished by midweek, so in plenty time for the Smallholders Festival next week!
