Digitisation

Today at my brother’s I saw two types of digitisation.

The first, the main photo, was watching an AI programme work on a photograph to improve the definition. It was fascinating to watch it work its way around the photo and delivering the upgraded result.

The second was observing my brother making baguettes. From the seemingly sloppy dough which had proved overnight and he then used his fingers delicately to shape it into the required form. Baked and steamed they were delicious and accompanied the home made soups perfectly.

I was almost too full to head off down the road - and some very windy narrow country lanes - to our destination this weekend.
