Waiting at the vet

Thank you everyone for your kind wishes. 

This evening Kyro stole some grapes off a tray.  Grapes are toxic to dogs so had to get Mr out of his sick bed to take him to the vet to make him vomit.  I now put grapes in a lidded plastic container.

I had to wait 2 hours after treatment before feeding him.  In his frustration he's chewed four corners of a side table.  He had a bottle of liquid charcoal to consume edith his dinner.  The blackest liquid you could ever imagine. 

While we were at the emergency vet a dog owner had turned up with a bully type dog he wanted euthanized as he was too unpredictable.  The dog had already had sedatives but was still lively.  Poor vet was bravely ploughing on.  The owner was clear he was doing the right thing.

What an evening.
