I took a morning off work today for a dental appointment which then got cancelled the day before. Instead, I popped out to do a little job at Groove Cottage and had a quick blast up Rodney’s Pillar on the way home. I stopped to chat to a guy from the village on the way down who was just about to go on a litter pick up the hill, something he does a couple of times a year. Thankfully, I didn’t see a single item of litter on my route so he wasn’t going to have much to do.

I think my back is finally recovered from whatever went wrong before Vyrnwy. Lush to run and not worry about it.
